This is the third Lawyer that we had to contact because The 1st 2 were pretty much jokes. So happy that we came across his post on Google. He’s one of those quiet sharks that knows every law and will get you the outcome that you deserve. He has a very powerful presence and all of the prosecutors and judges and everybody in the court room know it and they don’t even want to come up against him. Retained Mark a few months ago for a couple of upcoming cases. He got a much better deal than I was expecting and it could of gone much worse. DUI, possession, paraphernalia, reckless driving, etc, etc. Left just paying a $70 ticket with 0 points, no probation, no record, no nothing. If you are on the fence just go with him. I have so many wonderful things to say about Mark. He is very professional, understands the law, and was able to clearly understand and articulate the technical details of my case in front of the judge. I was charged with a DUI and 5 other charges when caught sleeping in my car in a parking lot at 3AM. Great service and actually a cool dude. As much of a drag the legal process can be, he actually somehow makes it 'fun' for lack of a better term, just by being human with you and not some robot. For example he gave me a fistbump to say goodbye one day which I thought was fun lol. But he is also very professional and gets what needs to be done - done. He looks out for your best interest and provides you with the best deals, as he obviously knows what he's doing and knows what to look out for. Mark is the best. I was given the options of jail time or a conviction and he battled and I left the court room with PBJs. He coached me into terminating my probation when I still had over half of the probation remaining. There is no one else you should call. I just have to start this paragraph off with I am 100% absolutely for mark. He is a great attorney with a wealth of knowledge he answers your phone calls when you need help right away he doesn't hold back and just puts it like it is. He handled a probation case in a possible 15-year sentence for theft felony case and got me out of the 15-year case found not guilty and also got my probation case lowered quite substantially basically a time served a few days he is an absolutely wonderful attorney and work his hardest and very determination to make sure that you don't spend one day in jail.
